when i feel your closeness
my heart is twitching
in the chest too tight
through my entire body

the colors of the world

contemplating the waterfall

 the flowing water
sprang
from the heart of the mountain
sometimes calm crystalline
sometimes upset opaque
and it only stopped
on the edge of the precipice
there it stopped
scared by the power of heights
slept gently
in the arms of the mountain
loving and having been loved
then giving birth
to a child
whom they named

Oscar-Claude Monet was a French painter, a founder of French Impressionist painting and the most consistent and prolific practitioner of the movement's philosophy of expressing one's perceptions before nature, especially as applied to plein air landscape painting.

Le bassin aux nymphéas (from the water lilies series) sold at Christie's 24 June 2008 auction in 

London for £40,921,250 ($80,451,178), nearly doubling the record for the artist.  This purchase represented one of the top 20 highest prices paid for a painting at the time.

Romania Voronet Monastery.

 In 1488, the ruler Stephan the Great built Voroneț Monastery.
It was built in less then four months, between May 26 and September 14 of the same year.

 Is considered to be the ,,Sistine Chapel of the Orient”.  

 Furthermore -the blue of Voroneț- is considered by the specialists to be unique in the world.

 Voroneţ was known for its school of calligraphy, where priests, monks and friars learned to read, write and translate religious texts. 

 The small windows, their rectangular frames of crossed rods and the receding pointed or shouldered arches of the interior doorframes are Gothic. The south and north doors of the exonarthex of 1547 have rectangular frames, which indicate a transition period from Gothic to Renaissance. But, above them, on each wall is a tall window with a flamboyant Gothic arch.

 At 10 o'clock in the morning, a fire broke out at a house in Odobesti-Romania.
The action was attended by two fire trucks and a SMURD ambulance.

Homeowner,  a 69-year-old woman was taken to hospital.

Firefighters rescued a cat and two dogs intoxicated with smoke, after performing resuscitation maneuvers.

The three animals responded to resuscitation maneuvers and were rescued.

The largest dam in the world.

Three Gorges Dam (along Yangtze River) is the largest hydroelectric dam in the world, according to International Water Power & Dam Construction magazine.

Made of concrete and steel, the dam is 2,335 m (7,661 ft)

 long and the top of the dam is 185 m (607 ft) above sea level. 

The project used 27.2 million m3 (35.6 million cu yd) of concrete 

(mainly for the dam wall),

 used 463,000 tonnes of steel (enough to build 63 Eiffel Towers), 

and moved about 102.6 million m3 (134.2 million cu yd) of earth.[37] 

The concrete dam wall is 181 m (594 ft) high above the rock basis, 

according to wikipedia.org

In the winter, when rainfall is light, water is allowed to accumulate to a maximum of 175 meters for efficient transportation and power generation. During the summer, the limit is set at 145 meters to more effectively control flooding during the rainy season.

Water outflow from the dam currently measures 43,000 cubic meters per second.
