Review:

Everytime Brinas release another piece of work I become more intrigued with his mind an the way it works. The passion that it felt as every line is read. The connection to his words in raw and powerful.
Thoughts That Bring Us Closer is a collaboration of his previous works and new work added in. While it wasn’t necessary for me to read the entire collection as I have already read them as individual works. I did. Why? Because even while being read a second time it was as if it was the first time the words have crossed my vision. And as a whole witht the added newly written words you get a well round picture. I encourage the collection to be read as whole in the order of their release.
Each poem brings a new journeys path of what I can only assume is his life or the life of those extremely close to his heart. Brinas has mastered his writing style which only seems to be evolving in the most beautiful aspect.
It is without a doubt that Mihai Brinas is a poet who will someday be taught about in Enlighes Classes one day in the future. As I can see his words living on forever in the souls in which he captures.

Book of poetry about Romanian and universal life

https://tintededges.com/2018/12/22/invitation-to-poetry/

“Invitation to Poetry” by Mihai Brinas is a collection of free verse poetry. Brinas combines everyday observations with deep introspection in each of his verses.
I really liked some of the concepts in this book and I enjoyed Brinas’ take on the mundane aspects of daily life. I think my favourite poem was the sadness of books which included the lines:
i leave taking with me
the sadness of so many books unread.
I think that while I enjoyed the themes of Brinas’ poetry, I did feel like the language wasn’t always as fluid as I would have liked. A few of the poems included repeating words or particular word choices that were a little grating and I felt like a bit of a comb through would have helped smooth some of these out.
Anyway, this is an easy book of poetry to read and see the world through Brinas’ eyes.

it was amazing

While I have plenty of poetry books that grace my shelf I don’t think they could hold a match to the beauty that lies within these words. They are powerful and bold. Remarkable and soft. They will forever be ingrained with me. And I’m so please that I was able to read it.

The synopsis was not lying when it says that this book will reveal fantastic feelings. It is with a guarantee that one or more of these poems will leave an impact on you.

I personally recommend reading the words aloud. I found that while they strong in written form being able to taste them as they leave your tongue leaves and everlasting effect of harmony on your aura.

the birds get high in the sky
where nobody
can see them
how they get drunk
with the perfume of freedom
they still have that wild passion
to scream their pain out
where
nobody can hear them
this is how they have women’s innocence
to think
they have not been cheated on
this is how birds are...

He's looking for me on the phone. Shall I talk to him?

it was amazing

It took me some time to finally read this one. And as given I LOVED IT.
if you haven't read previous three books by this author then you can definitely pick. This up, as this have poetry from previous books also. It's a collection of old band new.
This book was again Enthralling. This poetry are short and direct with so much emotion like you can pick up the poetry as whatever you are feeling at the moment.
There were so many emotions, it felt like the writer was baring his soul through these poetry. I don't know much about poetry but I know I loved this one. I can't explain, I don't know big words to express but it was such an fascinating and enthralling read.
Mr. Brinas surely knows how to capture someones heart and emotions through his writing.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HH6L4PD

Crossroads 5⭐️

I swear his poetry keeps getting better!

I don't know how to explain poetry except that when it is amazing I don't put it down... and i didn't put this down.

Every poem is like a short story giving so much feeling and emotion all within a beautiful paragraph.

Also his poetry makes you think. Read Fullness and tell me that you didn't have it read it multiple times because it was so beautiful and unique.

Favorite poems: (I loved them all but these are some of my favorites)

Intimate pleasure.
Tell me more
Transplant
About breaking up
Lying to love
Fullness
The day the doves came
Sunrise

Again the whole thing was amazing and its hard to pick favorites.

Favorite Quotes:
“Then I pretend
that i do not know where it is
I am looking for it in your eyes”

“I saw that instead of blades
Pushed by wind
There were clocks
Pushed by the time”

“It is raining in a roar”

“I do not remember anymore
The words of love”

“On that day
It snowed with unusual flakes
Unearthy flakes
Floating
Like a lullaby”
